1) What Are Cookies & Similar Technologies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. We may also use local storage, pixels and SDKs (together, “cookies”).
2) Service Provider Identification (Spain/EU — LSSI art. 10)
We use cookies to: (i) make the site work; (ii) remember choices (e.g., cookie preferences); (iii) measure performance and fix errors; and (iv) enhance security (e.g., bot mitigation). We do not use cross‑site behavioural advertising by default on bluemedtech.ai. See our Privacy Policy for data recipients and transfers.
3) Scope of Services & Eligibility
- Strictly Necessary — core functions (security, load balancing, consent).
- Functional (Preferences) — remember settings (language, layout).
- Performance/Analytics — visits, traffic sources, errors, interactions (only after consent).
- Advertising/Targeting — deliver/measure ads (not currently used).
4)Your Choices & Consent Management
On first visit, our banner presents equally prominent options to Accept all, Reject non‑essential, or Configure choices. Non‑essential cookies are not set until consent is given. You can withdraw or change your choices at any time via the Cookie Settings link in the footer.
We maintain auditable records of consent (timestamp, preferences, region) for 24 months.
If you send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we will treat it as an opt‑out for US ‘sale/share’ where applicable. In the EU, cookie consent still requires banner interaction.
5) Cookie Table
Last cookie scan: 16/10/2025.
No cookies used.
6) Managing Cookies in Your Browser/Device
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking non‑essential cookies has no impact on access; blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect core functions.
7) International Transfers
Where cookie‑related data is transferred outside the EEA/UK (e.g., to the US), we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., EU SCCs/UK Addendum). See our Privacy Policy.
8) Updates
We may update this Cookie Policy. Check the Last updated date above.
9) Contact & Supervisory Authority
Contact: contact@bluemedtech.ai. If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may contact the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) via https://www.aepd.es.
